- Wayne Mielke Added 2018-05-26★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give a negative amount of stars, I'd take the opportunity. I worked for this company for 6 consecutive years. A new boss took over 2 years ago, and the company went to hell. The new boss was okay at first, but over the course of a year he started to treat me awfully. We were working 12-16 hour days, and I couldn't even take time to eat a sandwich without being yelled at over the radio, to "get working". He is a slave driver, and a money hungry being. If you're into companies that double their log books, and avoid scales due to being overweight, and unsafe, go with these guys. But if you want it done right the first time, I'd go to pretty much any other road construction crew in Alberta, instead of Recall.
